Return & Refund Policy
Returns/replacements are accepted only if:
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The package is tampered before delivery.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is opened.
Customers must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hhbpvtltd.ho@gmail.com with photos and order details.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
